Structure of Book Citation:
Last Name, First Name. “Title of Chapter.” Title of the Book, edited by __________, vol. #, Publisher, year published, page number(s).
Structure of Website Citation:
Last Name, First Name. “Title of Individual Page.” Title of Website, Date published, URL.
